There is no single person or detail that makes an excellent funeral directors as it is clear that each and every point of contact and service provision must be excellent because if there were one part less good in any way then the whole impression would be affected. Every single part of our dealings with Peter Frank Turl during our mother's recent funeral was excellent; and that was the same for all of us involved including my father and all family and friends. That is no small task when emotions are so heightened and raw. It would be very easy to be extra sensitive to something not seemingly handled well and the whole team at Peter Frank Turl are expertly aware of the needs and considerations of the bereaved; no small task. As much as I very much hope that we are not in further need of their services for a good few more years, when the time comes we will contact Turl's without trepidation and with good comfort that we will again be in good hands through one of the hardest and most difficult times in life. Thank you Peter Frank Turl.

Peter, Rob and Liz were all fantastic throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were very flexible with visits and ensuring everything was taken care of.
