Michaela and the team we’re extremely professional and thoughtful in the arrangements for Dad’s funeral. This was a particularly challenging time in light of the COVID-19 restrictions that were changing on a daily basis. They kept us updated and looked to find ways to accommodate our wishes whilst being compliant with the government guidance. 

This was the second time we had used LeRoys, with the arrangements led by Michaela. She is relatable and made a difficult situation as easy and as well planned as she could. We’ll be forever grateful for that.

We cannot fault the service we have received from Leroy’s. Michaela was so helpful throughout, as well as all the staff we had dealings with. They were kind and compassionate and allowed us to see our Dad as and when we wanted to.

LeRoy's were my first choice and it easy to see why. My first meeting with Michaela made me feel at ease and that everything would be taken care of. She helped with all our decisions and did such a fantastic job. Very professional yet with empathy and on the day of the funeral looked very smart, conducted proceedings with the utmost efficiency and yet still had time for everyone. A first class job and I would have no hesitation in using LeRoy's again.
