The staff are very helpful,friendly and supportive to us in the difficult times, we have been kept up to date on our Mum being returned to the Chapel of rest,which took nearly 4 weeks. When the funeral took place all we can say first class and thank you.

Wai and Fleur where amazing yet again. They listened to what we wanted as a family for my lovely Mum. They where caring and supportive. They kept in touch with us through every step of the funeral arrangements. They did us proud for both my parents. They are both the right people to be doing the job they do. On the funeral day everything and everyone was just perfect. Thank you girls from the bottom of my heart.

Fleur and her team went above and beyond for my dads furneal
Which was for a veteran who died at the age of 91,
As I wanted some military vibe included, they managed to get a buglur play the last post and the chairman from the British legion to carry there flag.
My dad would had been over the moon with all this.

The whole team at co-op cowick street, especially Fleur and Kai made what was a deeply emotional and distressing time bearable. They were so kind, considerate and understanding and nothing was too much trouble.  They organised everything beautifully and kept our family updated at every step , we can’t thank them enough.
