From the very first meeting with the funeral arranger we knew we had chosen well. Fleur explained everything from the arrangements right through to the actual day of our son's funeral. Fleur undertook her duty with professionalism, respect, care, sympathy and compassion. The same could be said for our point of contact Wai in the chosen funeral home. We - the family appreciated the time Fleur took to meet us at the location where our son's funeral took place and talk his daughters through what would happen on the actual day which helped them understand what will happen with their dad.

Fleur and Wai gave us so much care and attention, putting our minds at rest at this difficult time.
