The whole process was easy and very kind. Both Fleur and Wai were caring, open and kind but also highly professional,. On the day, Fleur was with us and organised the process to a T. I have nothing but praise for the way it was handled.

Both Fleur and Wai went above and beyond in arranging Dads Funeral and made everything perfect and stress free for us as a family.
Having to make contact with people up in Sutton Coldfield could not of been easy for them both as they never met them face to face but they brought everything together and provided us with constant support throughout. We couldn’t of asked any more from them. 
On the day of the funeral Fleur and the crew travelled hundreds of miles to allow us to give Dad the perfect send off he deserved and it was. 
There is no amount of thank you’s that could express the appreciation of our family for what they both did on the run up to, Day of the funeral and the aftercare they have given.

My husband passed away on the 1st May 2022….. he had bought a pre planned funeral… I am so glad he did….. Fluer helped us with all the arranging! She did it with compassion and dignity and made making the arrangements bearable! We had support from her from day 1… and 2 days after the funeral she collected my husbands ashes and delivered them to us at the house! My son James and I cannot thank you all enough… hopefully I can take out a plan for  my funeral next year, knowing that my son, when the time comes will receive the help and support I received from you!!….Sandra stickley (and James)

At such at heart breaking time in my life, co-op funeral care in Exeter (Cowick St) helped my family and myself through the process of dad’s finial wishes with such genuine compassion and professionalism, both Y and Fleur were outstanding in the level of care I received, from the first meeting through to phone calls to say dad had been cremated. The funeral was carried out with precision and the funeral director and staff were immaculately dressed. The flowers were beautiful. It is a day for me to remember far into a lonely future.
