My mum recently passed away and had a Funeral Plan so a phone call started the process.  It was excellent service.  You couldn’t have asked more of the staff.  They were so kind and understanding at this sad time and guided me through the process, making it so easy for me.

I didn’t really know anything about organising funerals. COOP were recommended so I called Wai. Then popped in to see Fleur. Everything sorted. These ladies are truly fantastic. Our family will never forget them or the funeral. Ten out of ten.

Fleur and her team at Coop funeral care were amazing with helping me and my family deal with my mums funeral service. Made the whole process easy and helped create a great send off for our mum. Fleur was also great with my little sister who is 14 and helped her feel included and understand the process.
Would recommend them to anyone dealing with a loss.

From start to finish Mum’s burial was arranged without stress or worry to ourselves. Mum had to be taken from Devon to her resting place 2 and a half hours away, the funeral director informed us when she left and arrived. I can’t praise them enough and would recommend them highly.

Everything went well ,except paying all the xtra which came to quite a lot, this should be in in the original price,nothing against any of the staff who were fantastic,personally I won’t be using the co-op as I think a lot of the cost were hidden

Being the first time I’ve had to arrange a funeral,Wai made everything as easy as she could. 
Dad wanted a Direct Cremation and this was easily sorted & completed with minimal fuss. 
I’d be very happy to recommend these lovely people to anyone.

The whole process from the church service to the service at the crematorium was very efficient and professional. It was explained to us very clearly what was happening at each stage, and staff were available to give support when it was needed.
