My mother’s funeral wasn’t a complicated one, but it still needed care, organisation and planning. I was contacted very soon after Mum passed away and from that point I felt as though I was looked after. Everything was carried out to plan which efficient and caring staff.

Mike was warm, gentle and friendly, and very sensitive to our needs.  He and his helpers ensured everything went completely smoothly.  Wai was also excellent in the office and very friendly.

Wai, Sadie and the team at the St Thomas Co-op are just amazing. They really go above and beyond and took good care of my Dad as well as us throughout. Everything was conducted in a calm manner and with love and attention to all the details. They show real empathy and respect and we felt well cared for throughout the whole process from the initial planning though to the day itself. This made my Dad's last journey just perfect for him and that was made possible with the love and support from the team. We can't thank them enough. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts xxx

The ladies at the Co operative funeral services in Cowick Street, were flawless. They did everything. It made my berievement less stressful. I had absolutely nothing to do, but provide them with details. I can't thank them enough, and the lady that stepped in on the day, was amazing. They are still helping me with the after care. A big THANK YOU. You are amazing.

I could not speak more highly of the service and care that was given to me after the passing of my partner. 
The time was taken to explain everything. They were on hand to help with questions. 
On the day of the funeral both my partner, his family and I were very well cared for.

I cannot praise Fleur ( Funeral Director ) and Wai ( Funeral Arranger) enough.
This was the first funeral I was required to organise for a much loved young woman cared for by our supported living company but with no next of kin able to manage this role. 
From day one of making contact with Fleur the guidance, expert knowledge  and support given to myself and my team was delivered with utmost professionalism, kindness and efficiency  and in my opinion exemplary practise. 

I could have felt overwhelmed with the task I was set but I was reassured and helped every step of the way enabling me to confidently share the funeral preparations and  plans with all those who cared for Michelle.  

I don't think 5 stars are enough, 500 would be more like it! Finally I  know Michelle would be so grateful for the respect and dignity given to her by Fleur and her team. Thank you so so much.
