Right from the start, from preparing a funeral plan through to the funeral itself, Palmers Funeralcare have been respectful, caring and diligent in their services. The funeral arrangements were carefully and meticulously planned.  The day of the funeral was very calmly run and was a memorable send-off for a much-loved sister, aunt and friend.

I chose a direct cremation for my husband after he’d suffered a very long illness, so not a ‘funeral’ as such, but was very well supported by Palmers and the process (so far - ashes not yet back ) has been very easy.

I found all of the staff at Palmers to be understanding considerate and attentive. I received phone calls before each weekend leading up to the funeral just to check in on us as a family, which were much appreciated.
On the day, everything ran very smoothly for us and we cannot fault their service in any way.

Thank you so much for all your kindness & professionalism at a very hard time. We had to cancel first funeral which was very upsetting, however we were supported all the way by you guys.
Sade you are amazing and such a lovely person you directed us all and we always knew what was happening from beginning to end. Thank you Lucy for all your help and advice making sure everything was right for us and always being on the end of the phone. All the little personal touches the green ribbon, helping our family to be pall bearers etc.
You took great care of Bobs older sister and made sure all the family were included which was so important to us. THANK YOU.

Sadie and Lucy were marvellous? I couldn’t have been treated better, nothing was to much trouble, and so made me feel important, they both made me feel as if my mother’s funeral was the only one taking place,
This was the unfortunately the 3rd funeral I have arranged with them in the last 5 years, but without a shadow of doubt everyone had been a treated differently but with so much care and attention to detail.
The ladies are a credit to the company.
