The kindness we have received from the day I originally contacted Bideford Funeralcare in January until now has been amazing. They have answered every question we have ever had and are always so welcoming when we have been to the office. Marco made us feel at ease as we planned our Dad’s funeral and ensured that we were able to make it truly meaningful for Dad; even going as far as arranging for the orders of service to be made with the Chelsea FC logo. I could not fault a single thing, the entire team at Bideford Funeralcare are outstanding.

Mum wanted a direct funeral with cremation which was a no fuss option where none of the friends or family are present and you pick up the ashes afterwards. The funeral director was very friendly and helpful throughout the organising process and any time I had to call the lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Overall a great service given and no issues from my perspective, recommended.

I thought I had already done this, but maybe I didn't submit it!

The team, Marco and Marilyn, were both understanding and very patient.

There was a 4 week plus period between our first visit to Trapnell & Sherborne and the funeral and, on every occasion, Marilyn especially showed compassion and tried to help out as much as possible. Despite having so much time to sort things out we did leave it till quite late to finalise the Order of Service but Marilyn seemed to take this in her stride. I have been on the telephone on a number of occasions concerning Obitus and Marilyn has explained things, especially to me, and always been very pleasant.
