Thank you to both Chris and Kate who, despite it being a terribly sad time for us all,  made it just that little bit more bearable. We cannot fault the service, nothing was too much trouble for them.

No one wants to be in the position of saying goodbye to a loved one, however, should that be the case, I would not hesitate to recommend Norman Lock & son.

Excellent service throughout the whole process.  Easy and sympathetic to deal with.  Fair, sensible, money-saving advice given.  They gave us exactly the funeral we asked for and we would have no hesitation recommending Norman Lock & Sons to others.

Chris and Kate provided an excellent professional service. From initial contact we were afforded discretion and guidance to ensure all appropriate undertakings with the Registrar were completed. 

Compiling the Order of Service was made considerably easier than anticipated with open and frank discussions that allowed the family to make informed decisions. Kate also ensured that proof copies were designed and produced for amendments before final approval and this allowed for the inevitable additions that were required.

The service itself contained a number of elements that the family requested and Chris and Kate were able to liaise with the church wardens and other parties to ensure everything went according the plan. This also gave the family time to focus on the service without any worry about timings and organisation.

On a personal level Chris and Kate provided excellent support and were very accommodating when replying to emails, telephone calls and any requests to meet face to face.

I would thoroughly recommend Norman Lock & Son.

Absolutely amazing service, they handle a terrible situation with such respect and dignity and take so much of the worry and stress away. I could not recommend them highly enough. They are so welcoming and friendly and cover all elements so professionally. They have conducted two funerals for us now and i would never go anywhere else.

Kate & Chris were professional & kind. Nothing was too much trouble with all queries deal with promptly & efficiently. Our requests for specialist details were all met without exception, for example a beautiful Rolls Royce hearse sourced from Nottingham. They eased us through the an unfamiliar process with confidence & empathy. I would happily recommend them to anybody.
