Excellent in all ways. It was just a shame that when a mistake occured prior to the funeral, regarding overpayment, there was no back up. It took 5 days to get our money back and still not heard the outcome.

My husband wanted a simple cremation with no service etc, and it was very easy to arrange and dealt with sensitively.

From the time I went to make plans for my dads funeral they were very helpful, didn't rush me excellent service would recommend to everyone, I also have mi e plan here as well

The people I dealt with were excellent at their job, sensitive, caring and efficient. The funeral and presence I was very pleased with and I had very good reports from people who attended and didn’t manage to attend. I had wonderful support from Christine and in her absence, Marilyn. Everyone was helpful and informative all the way through Carls last journey. If I was to be picky I was disappointed, after much discussion on the subject, that my son could not bear his father as he had wished. On the day he had to watch his father wheeled down to be committed with just his hand resting on his father’s coffin. This was not what had been promised. 
That aside thank you all for making this sad time as easy as possible and I must now look to arranging my own funeral in the near future.

It is the worst funeral I've ever been to and it happened to be my wife's.
From the outset I was told there would be a quiet waiting room whilst we waited for the hearse. I wasn't told where the waiting room was and was unable to find it. Cars dotted about the car park, with attendees in. They didn't know what to do. It was only at last minute when official gave any instruction to get under canopy as hearse was arriving. The service itself was impossible for me to hear, due to screen and acoustics and hearing system. Also awful for people who relied on lip reading. Was sad, although saving grace was the minister gave us a copy of what was said to take home.

The service I received was respectful, considerate, compassionate and friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble. I felt totally confident that my Dads send off  was going to be the best it could be. 

I must say Christine at the Barnstaple office was extremely professional and compassionate,  she explained  thoughly all our options in a very sincere open way.

Every detail of the funeral was what we asked for, even the order of service booklet was beautifully done.
