Can't speak highly enough of the sensitivity shown throughout the planning and delivery of my Mum's funeral. We never felt under pressure, but were given timely reminders and suggestions throughout. The ceremony itself worked out perfectly for our small party. We were even able to pay for a "live feed" of the ceremony for my Dad, who was unable to

I have to say that i was well supported throughout this tragic journey.
The funeral director was very professional and the staff that completed the service/burial and driving were amazing.
I couldn't of given my brother a better send off-Thank you.

The coop funeral care are very helpful and caring. The service was conducted by Richard who was very calming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, we were talked through everything and the day was a fitting tribute to my mother and was just what we had asked for.

Excellent empathetic and very personal service from Christine and Mel nothing was too much trouble and felt no question to silly to ask they  just guided me through organising my sons funeral in such a way that I never felt overwhelmed 
The funeral was everything that was wanted and was felt to totally reflect my son  many people commented how it was run in such a dignified way

It is unclear whether one is dealing with the South Molton, the Barnstaple, or the Bideford offices.

The undertakers who visited my home were excellent. Tactful, supportive and brave (there was thick ice).

C at the funeral home was kind and arranged the vicar we had asked for. She did express some creative ideas about the afterlife which generated some dark humour on my part.

Not all of the information provided by me or the vicar made it onto the initial draft order of service. This resulted in quite a tight timescale to OK the later draft.

R at the company needs to revisit their training when dealing with bereaved people.

The funeral went almost perfectly, one of the undertakers had also visited my home and was again the soul of tact and discretion.

The only slight glitch was I had said we would be collecting donations to charity, but online.

This was so people could gift aid and also because I did not want another funeral related admin task (dealing with cash donations). I asked the company not to put out a box, but they did anyway. So I got the admin I had been trying to avoid (though a good charity got money they may not have otherwise got).

Overall though, I was pleased and grateful. It must be a challenging job.

Nothing was too much trouble for Christine, she was so very kind, sensitive and caring.  Christine organised everything for us down to the tiniest detail.  On the day of the funeral we couldn’t have asked for anything more, the whole event worked like a well oiled clock from start to finish, it was so fitting and absolutely perfect in every way.  A very big thank you Christine, I would recommend you to anyone.

I cannot praise the whole team highly enough. They were friendly, caring and efficient. Christine kept in regular contact to ensure we were happy with the arrangements for Mums funeral. Everything ran like clockwork on the day. Just perfect.
