Fantastic service from all the staff especially being next of kin and living over 300miles away.
A lot of the organisation was done in one face to face meeting and thereafter subsequent follow-up emails.
Can't fault the service that we had.

This was the first time we had asked for a "Direct Cremation" and were concerned it would be a little impersonal. However, Zoe was extremely professional and agreed to see us on a social distancing basis because we had been exposed to Covid. We were asked for a resume, a kind of brief eulogy that would be read out to the team working with mum and we all thought this was a really lovely way of enabling the team to recognise her character and her life.

A couple of little errors so couldn't quite give them an excellent, but the staff were very helpful and respectful. All in all the day went well and would recommend the service. The costs were also very competitive

Co-op Funeral Care took all the stress out of arranging the funeral. The funeral ran like clockwork and I always felt like I was in capable hands. All arrangements were made efficiently. Their recommended celebrant, Mr Mark Andrew, was excellent, as was the funeral itself managed by Emma.
