From the moment I picked the phone up to say my darling son had died and asked the co-op to take care of my son all  of the staff at the co-op funeral care have been so kind, respectful, helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. I will 100% recommend the co-op to everyone

Didn't know what to expect as this was the first time I had to deal with a funeral.
I needn't have worried as the two ladies at South Normanton office put me at ease explaining everything clearly to me and given options for me to choose what we wanted.
I certainly would recommend using the Coop for arranging a funeral.

Very helpful, caring and compassionate.
Professional and understanding - from the people who collected my father over the weekend, to the people on the phones, Brittany, and all in attendance at the funeral.
Brittany fully supported us with making plans and carefully and considerately explained everything to us - nothing was rushed and certainly not presured.
All involved made sure everything we needed was done and supported us well throughout.
How the company responded to us gave me comfort that I knew my father was being treated with respect and dignity whilst with them.

The team had a difficult job in this case working with the solicitor and a friend of the deceased who sought to organise the funeral without authority.
