We found Lymns funeral services excellent. They were very compassionate and took their time to make sure we were able to have the funeral for my Dad that was right for us has a family. Mark who did the eulogy was very kind and gave us time to talk about Dad so he was able to really deliver the eulogy has if he knew him. He was very kind.
I would recommend them.

If there's any consolation amidst the sad feelings of losing a loved one, then it has to be got to be the quality of the send off. In this regard the funeral arrangements executed by A W Lymn were excellent. At the outset, the conversation between ourselves and Nikki struck a good balance between being empathic and practical. The costs of each element were transparent and there was no pressure to have a particular service - in this regard I felt that the overall package was customer-lead. Special mention needs to be made of the order of service booklet which was beautifully personalised and the funeral flowers which were lovely. On the day, the arrangements worked like clockwork thanks to the very slick co-ordination of the funeral director and the A W Lymn team at the crematorium. The phone call the previous day from the director established a dialogue between us and was reassuring in that it added clarity to the timings, process etc. Again, I felt that the mood was 'read' and appropriately responded to. Overall, we are very satisfied with the overall package and level of professionalism delivered and I would like to convey my thanks to all the A W Lymn staff involved.

Couldn’t of asked for anything the staff are so caring helpful made a really bad day go so well we was all so pleased with there professionalism.
The office staff was lovely really put us at ease and very pleasant I know people will read this and think well it’s there job but it was a lot more then that very helpful which is what you need when you going through n awful time in your life.

Nicola and the team did an excellent job arranging and carrying out my mums funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they all genuinely care about the families they come in contact with. We couldn't get the same celebrant as we had previously for my Dads funeral so Nicola put me in touch with an a lady called Tracey Matthews. Tracey carried out the service perfectly. She worked really hard, perfecting every detail. Would highly recommend both Lymns and Tracey to anybody requiring a funeral service.
