Your service to us was excellent, both in the planning and on the funeral day itself.
Everything was handled with care and compassion. Everybody commented on how well it all went and the kindness shown by Danny and your team. At the last minute we asked him take the family flowers to St Wystan's which he did willing. Thank you to you all.

From the very first contact I made, to the grave marker that went up for my Dad last week, Chris, Angela and Danny have all been absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Our wishes were absolutely respected and there was never any pressure put on us to make decisions quickly. I've never been involved in organising a funeral before, so for my first experience with funeral directors to be taking the lead in organising my Dad's funeral was pretty overwhelming. Angela made it so easy though. Brilliant communication, reassurance, and an appreciation of my dark sense of humour :-) It's not something anyone ever wants to think about but I couldn't recommend Murray's highly enough. They've been absolute superstars and I can thank them enough for everything they've done.

Professional, supportive and thoughtful. Funeral arrangements by phone in these difficult times is not easy, Sue was there for us at anytime we needed a question answered the support was amazing.
When phoning the office the staff were outstanding and helpful.
Staff that were at the funeral ensured safety for all adhering to social distance guidelines at all times.

I cannot thank Murray’s enough: from the moment Peter passed away, in my absence, they cared for him.
On my return, one single meeting with Angela and the weight of the world was taken from my shoulders.  Professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind.  She liaised with the Vicar, two separate Churches and ensured everyone was “singing from the same hymn sheet” - pun intended!
Sadly she was ill on the day, but Barry then took over and the funeral of a much loved cousin went without a hitch.

The organisation, kindness and professionalism provided both after her death, on the day of my mother's funeral and afterwards, were in my eyes second to none.
