I was very impressed from start to finish,the service provided was excellent.
I cannot praise Dan Barnes enough for his prompt,respectful & kind handling
of the arrangements,keeping us fully informed every step of the way.
My father was picked up from the care home immediately after the doctor had
certified his passing,& Dan`s colleague Kevin called us promptly to let us know.
Dan either e-mailed us or made a telephone call to go through the arrangements,
& I was made very welcome in my visit to the Littleover Office to sign the forms.
The funeral itself was very well organised,& a great send off for my father

Very thoughtful and efficient service by Dan and his team at the Littleover branch. I would highly recommend AW Lymn. It was a particularly difficult time for me during the current COVID-19 pandemic, as it meant that I had to organise my Dad's funeral, who lived in Littleover, from my home in Australia. Nothing was too difficult, and everything ran to plan, ensuring the best possible service and arrangements for my Dad. Thanks Dan and the team.

Dan helped us to plan Mum's cremation by offering advice and help during restrictions of the pandemic. Being local, it made arranging things was so much easier. The priest was excellent and the service very appropriate under the circumstances. We were so pleased to be able to view the funeral on video as it was impossible for us as family to travel to the UK for the funeral.

Difficult to think of posative things during the loss of a loved one. We were very impressed with the funeral director Dan Barnes. He always rang when he said he would. He was very patient with us when we had to keep phoning up to check things and was very efficient in arranging everything, and with emails etc. We really appreciate all the hard work he did for us.
