Just a couple of things. A relative made an appointment to say her final goodbyes to my mum. When she arrived at the appointed time she was told that she had gone to the wrong branch and they had not received the coffin!! So had too make another appointment days later. During the ceremony wrong dates were quoted and names confused. Arrangements made eg picking up mum's rings, leaving her glasses were not honored and I was presented with them at the funeral. All these little things made for alot of stress. But we would still recommend you.

From collection of the body to the funeral I felt the service provided was excellent. Karen was very helpful, sympathetic and caring, making all the arrangements for us. The two staff who came on the night of my mothers death were excellent as was Kevin and his team on the day of the funeral.
I liked the way that all the options are clearly and transparently laid out.

I had to organize my mum’s funeral at a distance during lockdown here in Italy and I couldn’t have wished for a kinder or more sympathetic person than Karen. Punctual and understanding in the telephone appointments at a really difficult time for everyone.
She guided me through each phase and provided all the necessary information for florist etc.

Can’t thank them enough for everything they did for our dad. They were so understanding and caring from start to Finnish.
