We decided to have a direct cremation after my mum passed away. All the staff I spoke to were very kind, respectful and explained what would happen. This was the right choice for our family and I'm grateful to the staff at the co-op in Newbold for there assistance.

The family and i cannot thank Newbold Funeralcare enough, from their help in organizing Adrian`s funeral, to carrying it out, nothing was too much trouble. They carried it out superbly with a gorilla in the hearse and a weasel in the coffin, just as Adrian wanted. Thankyou to the team at Newbold .

I have arranged funerals before and have always had a reason to be disappointed. However, this time the peole who helped me arrange the funeral were amazing. They went above and beyond what their job entails. I was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend The Co-OP, Newbold branch to anyone and everyone. Amazing people who I can't thank enough.

All the arrangements were undertaken by Deanna who provided exceptional and professional attention and service from our first point of contact all the way through to the conclusion of the funeral and subsequent aftercare. The vehicles provided were spotless and the funeral director Chris Flint and attendant colleagues arrived and executed proceedings in a timely and efficient manner.
Steve Casey was an excellent choice of minister / civil celebrant and conducted the service and delivered the eulogy in a professional, and to his credit, in a clear and very interesting style. Many thanks to all. Peter & Hazel.
