I am very happy with with everything concerning my Mum’s funeral. I was treated with compassion but everything was done very professionally. The flowers we asked for were beautiful. I can’t think of anything that could have been done better.

Couldn’t have done more to guide and assist us through a difficult process which included repatriation from abroad . Deena went above and beyond what we expected to the point that she even looked after our dog at the ceremony. Many thanks. Your help was greatly appreciated.

Newbold, Chesterfield branch staff went over and above and nothing was too much trouble. There was help at every step and were always available for advice etc when needed. The warmth and expertise are appreciated during this difficult time.

I was helped alot by Anji with my dad's funeral. She is kind and compassionate, and was interested in hearing about my dad. She was helpful and if I needed anything to ring when she was in the funeral home. Anji even picked up the flowers and a picture from my house to save me from dropping it off. Someone else I forgot their name rang after the funeral to check on me. Very professional and I'm grateful for their support and service

From start to the very end, Anji who was the main person we dealt with my Dads funeral, was absolutely wonderful, so caring and respectful for everything we wanted to do. Nothing was too much trouble for her, in such a kind gentle manner. Deanna was also fantastic as was David on the actual day. Thank you everyone so much.

The funeral went smoothly on the day and was an amazing celebration of my husbands life.
