Very professional yet caring and understanding. Sensitive and helpful with arranging and help with suggestions to make the final wishes the best it can be. Prices are very reasonable. Staff are amazing. Couldn’t ask for more.

Tongs Funeral Care recently arranged my Mothers funeral. I cannot recommend them enough. Every single member of staff were courteous, sympathetic and caring towards myself and all my family in our time of grief. They took the strain out of myself and my Mothers funeral was beautiful.

Such a considerate and professional company. Jess, Sarah and their team took away so much stress, were mindful of every little detail yet made everything so smooth and effortless for us giving the family time and space to grieve whilst working behind the scenes to make sure everything was in place. It all went so well. We were helped through every stage and had a beautiful service. I can't praise them enough.

Cannot praise them enough. Every staff member respectful and polite. Attention to detail second to none. Lauren, the Funeral Director so very supportive up to and including the funeral service. She was always polite, respectful, patient especially when I kept changing little things, calm and reassuring. It was a beautiful funeral which went without a hitch. Tongs is a well established company yet very modern. It is over 20 years since the last funeral I arranged and the difference is amazing. Hopefully it will be some time before I need their services again but I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so very much.
