We had amazing service from Tongs, they delivered an exceptional service, from the first appointment to the day of the funeral. They gave us so much guidance, advice and discussed all options available all whilst being sympathetic to our sincere loss.    Highly recommended.

The staff at the funeral directors were excellent very helpful with our needs and supported us brilliantly both before and during the funeral . Tongs helped create the perfect send off for my wife and mother to our children. It was beautiful and so fitting to her. We were able to visit my wife at rest everyday, even at the weekends which gave myself and my family comfort during the worst time of our lives. Thank you

I very much appreciate the care and support from the team at Tongs, and especially so from Lauren, who went above and beyond to keep me updated of everything I needed to know for mum's direct cremation.

Special mention for Jasper, the dog who is sometimes at the funeral home, as he is lovely and a very good boy.

I found Sarah & her team both professional and patient. Everything was explained in a clear and considerate manner nothing was too much trouble even down to the request of a piece of music written by a family loved one. Lauren made sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen on the day the drivers were kind & courteous. I cannot thank them enough.  I highly recommend them to everyone.
