Adam dealt with my dads funeral arrangements and he was professional, empathetic and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and kept in touch throughout the process.
At one of the most emotional and stressful times of my life I had confidence that my dad would be given the best possible service until the very end and I appreciate the dignity and care that my whole family was given by Adam.

Mum had left a note that she wanted to use Tegid O Jones from Prestatyn High street as her funeral director. Mum passed away at the weekend in June and I gave the nursing home the firm’s details but hadn’t had time to instruct the firm. Everything was taken care of for me with the minimum of fuss. I live in England now so really appreciated Adam’s local knowledge and advice. He sourced an excellent minister for us and even the horse drawn  carriage Mum wanted her coffin carried in. I would recommend choosing them as your funeral directors and leaving a note so your loved ones know what you want - it makes a difficult time easier for all concerned.
