Really good, professional, caring people who dealt with us directly for the funeral arrangements.

I would highly recommend Coop at Workington and certainly use them again when needed.

They went over and above and showed continuous compassion at all stages.

I cannot thank them enough for all of the help and guidance we needed at such a devastating time in our lives.

The workington funeral coop branch were very helpful and thoughtful and helped us provide a beautiful service , sheena, Jeanette and Fiona

Tge only thing I didn't appreciate was tge letter I received nit long after tge funeral asking me to do this survey, that wasn't thoughtful at all considering the amount of forms I've had to fill in since the 7 June, tge day my husband passed away, it's tool my sister and I four weeks to fill in and sort out government forms , which on top of shock and grief is nit good , so your survey went in the bin

Absolutely amazing from my first meeting my worries were taken off my shoulders so compassionate so caring worst days of my life worries were taken away everything I wanted for my husband was done so professionally right up to the day of the funeral I can’t thank her enough ❤️❤️

Absolutely brilliant caring service from Jeanette and Sheena.  Couldn't have asked for more.  Jeanette's suggestion of the more personal touch for the top of the coffin was inspirational.  Even her concern when she drove passed me as part of another funeral when I was out walking my dog.  Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Right from the start these people were excellent. Every detail taken care of. Very professional indeed with some very nice touches. Communication was very good all through and the service had people coming to me to saying how happy it made them feel that a person could be given such a tribute. Well recommended thank you!!

From our first contact with the Team at Co-op Funeralcare, Workington to our last the whole team have been absolutely fantastic. They have demonstrated an excellent level of professionalism, compassion and level of care to the whole family.
We particularly appreciated the number of times the team contacted my father throughout the process to check on his well being and to keep him informed on the ongoing arrangements. A fantastic team that you should be proud to employ.

Sorry guys am still a little lost for words at the moment but here goes. My wife and i talked about this about six months ago and decided on direct cremation and this will be for me when its my time my stepson already has his orders. This type of funeral to me is hassle free and it helped me alot, Although cheaper i found it more personal. I was called most days up to the funeral date to make sure i was ok and this really made my day. To me its a very special kind of person to do a job like this and are worth their weight in gold. My wife now sits on the mantle waiting for me. Thankyou co-op and god bless you.

I can not fault the Co-op at all for the way the dealt with my dad and the family. They were only a phone call away if we needed anything. The day of his funeral everything was handled with care and professionalism, and we as a family can't thank them enough.

My sons funeral was perfectly arranged by Jeanette and Teresa..It was fully compiled to the families wishes..It was a sudden death and I was not prepared for the expense of a funeral but I was not put under any pressure by the team and explained costs fairly and that put both myself and granddaughter at ease to be able to give him,family and friends the send off he deserved..We would recommend the Co-op funeral services very highly..Christine Lawson ..

They walked us through every step. No question was disregarded. Compassion and empathy was shown through the whole process. They were never too busy to listen to concerns or worries. A lovely bunch of people.
