Where do I start?from the first time we met Jill and her team,they made us feel so comfortable at a very difficult time. Nothing was to much trouble and any questions or queries were dealt with as quickly as possible.This made the day of the funeral such a lovely day and the send off my mam deserved.Thankyou once again X

My father died at the great age of 98. We had heard good reports about Jill Glencross FD, and when we first met undertaker Peter Watson, we knew we were in safe hands. He had a mixture of gentle humour and respect for my father, and nothing was too much trouble. He kept in touch until the funeral, that time when you’re in limbo. The funeral itself went like clockwork. He phoned a couple of times after the funeral to make sure we were ok.

Just like to thank Jill Peter and all the staff for their support and guidance in my mother's funeral they were brilliant in there service and recommendations helpful above and beyond and everyone said what a beautiful service and of course a big thank you to june hearsay on her sincere words that summed up my mam to a tea would highly recommend Jill to anyone they are kind thoughtful and helped my family through a sad time by naking my mother's wishes come true
So once again thank you I know you will say but that's what we do but you do it with a difference you do it with the understanding of care to the family thank you from all the mcskimmings family

I cannot recommend Jill Glencross and her team highly enough.  Robbie and Teresa who came that first day were kind and compassionate and put us at our ease right away.  Funeral Director Peter Watson organised everything with great attention to detail and helped to make Gordon’s funeral a true celebration of his life .  Special mention also to whoever designs the Order of Service booklet - everyone commented on how beautiful it was. Many thanks again to you all.

Thank you so much Jill and team for the care and attention you gave to our husband /dad George Johnston . From the minute you came to see us to the burying of his ashes everything was perfect . The way you looked after us was amazing,the hugs and cuddles were much needed ! The arrangements were made easy was just like talking to a friend ,nothing was too much trouble . In such a sad year for us after looking my Mam in March we once again required the services of Jill. This time we had the pleasure of trainee Robbie. Well the title of trainee needs ditched as Robbie has catered for everything we could possibly need at such a sad time. Robbie isn’t perfect & is still learning his trade BUT that is not a negative in any shape or form it is more a case of giving credit for someone who is learning their trade in such a sensitive job, naturally things aren’t always going to be plain sailing. Robbie has such a pleasant demeanour & is so likeable, approachable & committed to giving you his full time & attention. Can’t speak highly enough. The rest of the team there are fantastic so it’s no surprise Robbie is flourishing. Thanks to all. 👍
