The service was professional, helpful and informative. I was a little disappointed that it took a month from date of death to cremation and we have yet to receive the ashes , two weeks on from the cremation but having said that we feel that we were informed and treated with respect.

Having never organised a funeral before I was very unsure about how to go about it. I have to say Heather and all the staff at Co op funeral were amazing, helping myself and my daughter with ever step. They could.'t do enough for us and treated my mam with such respect, it was very touching, thank you all again for making it as easy as possible at such a heartbreaking time for the family

Heather was amazing throughout the whole process.  From the first phone call to my last visit I felt like she had her arm around my shoulder hugging me and helping me though it.  Heather was friendly, understanding and supportive throughout and I couldn’t have done it without her.  Thank you Heather x x

Right from the time we took out Co-op funeral plans everything was fully explained and gave full confidence. The funeral arrangements were conducted with the greatest care, respect and sympathy. On the day, the Order of Service booklet and the service were all prepared and conducted as we requested and the minister, Stuart Mathews, found the right balance for the attendees’ various levels of religious belief. Our many thanks to funeral director, Sacha Hamlin, and the Co-op staff.
