I knew dad was in safe hands with Andrew and his staff, as they looked after mam last year.  In these uncertain times I was worried that  dad’s funeral would not be the same as mams, but it exceeded my expectations and we could not have asked for anything more.  Andrew and his staff are fantastic, treating dad and ourselves, with the upmost respect and dignity, in times which I m sure are challenging for them also.   We would also like to thank Jean Merton for the lovely service which she provided.

Couldn't have asked for better service from Ben and his team. They made a difficult, emotional time so much easier. From the first phone call to the day of the service Ben was there with advice and support. If you're looking for a funeral director to help and advise every step of the way, I'd definitely recommend Andrew Grey's services.

Communication was excellent. We were kept informed on an almost daily basis. We felt our family was important and were treated with compassion. Although the circumstances were difficult due to the Covid 19 outbreak, everything that could be done was done according to our wishes. Overall, we were given a very professional service and we appreciated the family run feel to the company. Special thanks to Kay.

Would give more than 5 stars if we could. My dad died suddenly and unexpectedly but the team were amazing from start to finish. Kay was our contact and she was the most genuine, kind, helpful and selfless person you could meet. She was there to help and guide us every step of the way and really focussed on our needs and what we wanted. Kay and the whole team were fantastic and we would not have got through this tough time without their support, love and kindness. They attended to every part of the day and on the day provided us with much needed support. I cannot speak highly enough of Andrew Grey’s funerals directors and I would recommend them to anyone which is not something I would do lightly. I can’t  express how special the team are and how fantastic they all are. I met most of the team and all of them were amazing. They looked after my dad in their care really well and nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say my dad had the most fabulous send off and we would never have got through this most tough period of our lives without their support. Well done and thank you. Special thank you to Kay who got our family through this difficult time. Please use Andrew Grey if you ever need a funeral director as they really were the best. I would highly recommend Andrew Grey Funeral Services.I could not have asked for a more professional and sympathetic handling of my Mam's funeral.Ben our undertaker, looked after every detail of the funeral with dignity and care,not only for Mam but for the family and myself nothing was too much trouble.
