The death of a family member can be a stressful, confusing and disorienting time with so much to arrange. Andrew Grey Funeral directors provided a point of focus for the family in the days and weeks following Helen’s death with impeccable service by all members of the team who we dealt with but especially from our main contact of Andrew.
We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, and caring service from this local business.
Andrew was always at hand to answer any queries we had, provide suggestions if we were unsure, explain precisely what was going to happen and when and also greatly reassured us of any worries we had.
It’s this respectful attention to detail that greatly benefited the family knowing Helen was in safe hands and would be looked after with such care on her final journey.
