From the first phone call Thornaby Funeral Care excelled
Meetings with Andrea ( Funeral Director) and Clare (Celebrant )were professional with empathy and warmth . There was even humour at times as the deceased, my Father, passed at 92 so there was a lot of fun in his life to discuss
The team in the office were also great and were in contact keeping up to speed with the process.
They day is self went very smoothly led by Andrea and Clare's speech , on behalf of the family , was perfectly presented .Could not fault anything at all and thank you all again for your support

Once again the service we received form you excelled excellent. From the very start you all cared for my family with great professionalism. When speaking about my late Mam you made us all feel like she was still a person. Everything we asked for you delivered to a very high standard which made the day all though very sad, beautiful.
