We were most impressed with the kindness ,  care and attention to detail shown to us by Adele . Nothing was too much trouble and we knew what to expect each step of the way due to her diligence in keeping us informed . The day went very smoothly. From the initial consultation with Adele the undertaker who took care of our dad to the follow- up aftercare I can't praise them enough.
Every member of staff who were involved, from receptionist to James, the celebrant who conducted the service were professional, couteous people who are perfect for their chosen role. 
They took great care of our dad and those mourning his loss, they helped us get through a very difficult process.

From start to finish I cannot speak highly enough of the care, consideration and support that my family and I had from everyone at the Stockton branch. A very big thank you to Fiona who went out of her way to help us and give Dad the best possible send off, that we could give him.
