Blair and the team at Coop funeral care Stanley could not have been more professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing was  left unresolved at any point  and every step was explained clearly.

It was never going to be an easy and pleasant time but thanks to the team it was as easy as it was possible to be.

Where do I start , from the beginning all the way to the end the service I received from Barbara and the team were outstanding, they took me though everything step by step and couldn’t do enough to help us at this sad time , they made Danny look amazing at the chapel of rest ( as he had bein very poorly) so it was nice having a lasting memory of Danny looking like himself. The service it’s self was just beautifully done , from the cars arriving, to Barbara talking to my little boy explaining everythink that was going to happen . Dan the celebrate was great putting a modern twist on things and made the ceremony all about Danny . Can’t thank everyone enough, highly recommend and everyone is so lovely and friendly.

I was more than happy with the funeral of my late Auntie Mrs Dorothy Beckwith. Mr Gary platten kept us informed with every step he treated us with kindness and compassion and could not have been more careing.l can not thank the co-op and Mr Gary platten for makeing this very difficult time a lot for bareable for myself and family once again i can not thank you all enough

The entire service from start to finish was completely seamless. All staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate at all times. The prices were competitive also and my late uncle was treat with dignity and respect throughout his journey from the hospital morturariy to the crematorium. The service was beautiful and fitting for my uncle and my entire family was more than satisfied with the service we received from Stanley coop funeral care. Would highly recommend.

The funeral director was very good and helpful;
Unfortunately, due to staff being hit by COVID 19, the service was okay and due to unforseen circumstances there seem to be a bit of a break down of communications on occasions

in spite of staffing difficulties at stanley caused by illness covid 19 we had the very safe hands of kathleen dealing with us and helping us through a very challenging time. when gary was able to return to work and actually do the funeral service at the crematorium kathleen remained in contact to confirm everthing was in hand. we cannot thank both kathleen and gary too much for the proffesional support provided to us and to the memory of aunty joyce.
