I cannot thank Gary and the team for the care given to us as a family during the difficult time when ada passed. The advice given helped when the coroner was involved. The weekly phonecall on a Friday to ensure we were okay. We were talked through the steps of identifying ada and the funeral was made easier knowing she had been taken care of from the minute she was taken into the care of dedicated and caring staff

Excellent service. Blair kept us informed of everything happening and managed to sort a dolphin themed coffin, box for ashes and also order of service brochure. It took the pressure off us at such a difficult time

From start to finish I was supported and guided by all staff at Stanley branch. Mums funeral was perfect and I received many comments from those in attendance on how well presented the staff were and the dignity and manner they conducted themselves was second to none. My mum was respected and her wishes followed at all points in the process. Thank you -would recommend 100%!!!

Special thanks to Barbara who helped with my dads arrangements until Gary Platten came back from holiday it’s not a year and Gary delt with my mams funeral last year and because Gary seen to my mams parents and my mams sister it was my mams wishes that Gary was the man for her and our family The same service we revived all those years never changed they cared listened sympathy was personal and I trusted Gary with my parents the way my mam trusted him with her family the service was handled with so much professional but love thank you Gary and Evan when I asked if my dad could come home the night before his funeral nothing was a problem Gary came down and measured up it was tight but there’s room and when they brought my dad home it was the hottest day this year and I’ll be forever grateful for that as I know that’s what my dad would have wanted .

Blair could not have been kinder and more compassionate if he had tried and was more than accommodating for all of our needs. An absolute credit to the business.

John got the perfect send off he deserved and we couldn’t have wished for more.
