The services and never ending help from Coop funeral were absolutely amazing, there was nothing at all a bother for them,from the funeral director Gary to all the staff who work in Stanley, they couldn't do enough to help which helped enormously with the sadness of loosing Hazel, from all the family we will highly recommend the Coop funeral services.
Thank you so much for everything.

At a very sad time in all our lives we could not have had better treatment than that provided by all the staff at Stanley
From start to finish we were all treated with the greatest respect at the time of our loss.

We met  all of the staff with direct and indirect involvement in the preparation of our service and cremation and we were treated with the greatest respect and decency.

The funeral staff were exceptionally well presented and professional. The vehicles were immaculate as were the staff
Overall the professional service provided by the coop Stanley certainly deserves the 5 star rating.

I had a stressful situation with the crematorium double booking our timeframe causing a lot of extra work for me with keeping everyone informed and rearranging catering. However I believe the crematorium are at fault and my funeral director did everything he could to rectify their mistake and reassure me throughout the planning. A very kind and professional man

In the first instance I found trying to make funeral arrangements over the telephone very strange and impersonal, (I do understand the need to keep everyone safe at the moment), but once contact had been made in the office I felt I had more confidence in the service offered. The staff were very approachable and professional both before, during and after the funeral.
