I can't thank Andrew Grey's enough for going above and beyond to help me during the most heartbreaking time of burying my husband. The whole team were professional yet showed so much compassion to myself and my two young children, talking us all through exactly what would happen, keeping us updated every step of the way and looking after Jonny with such love and care as if he was their own family. They took away alot of the worry and stress and helped make every overwhelming decision easier and Ben made sure the day ran smoothly. Thank you so much.

I cannot put into words the level of professionalism and empathy I received from Andrew Grey and team.   This was and still is one of the hardest things I have done.  Burying my dad - who in effect was both mam and dad to me.  They went absolutely above and beyond to make sure what my dad requested happened.  They told
Me exactly what to do and when.   They HONESTLY made this absolute awful time easier.  I will forever be grateful.  Thank you.

Ben with whom I had the most  contact was fantastic. The level of care and support from everyone at Andrew Grey was second to none. These particularly hard times did not in any way affect the send off we were able to give my dad. They checked in with us and advised us of how things would proceed in a professional but very caring way.
