My father passed away unexpectedly on Christmas Day and that was our first meeting with Andy. He was very courteous, warm and explained his role and what was happening. We chose Andy to support us through the whole process and we were not disappointed. He was always available at the end of phone or text and made the whole process as easy as possible at a really difficult time. Andy is empathic, friendly, professional  and really easy to talk to.  Everything was explained up front including costs and nothing left to chance.  Everything, on the day, went smoothly, with Andy ensuring we knew what to expect.  He goes the extra mile and we can’t recommend him enough.  Thank you Andy.

Immediately on contacting Complete Funeral Services I felt reassured, valued, safe and supported. Our family wishes were fully discussed and helpful, realistic suggestions for consideration were offered by Chantelle. Absolutely everything was taken care of and I cannot thank them enough for helping me during a stressful time and guiding me through the process. All the costs were discussed from the start and everything was itemised with options provided. We were so grateful for the care and compassion Chantelle and the team gave us and showed exceptional dignity whilst assisting Mam on her final journey. Overall their continued support throughout was professional and friendly the balance between both was exactly right.
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wishing a professional and welcoming approach. They won't push you to do something you’re uncomfortable with or to make it more expensive than was needed.

First time I’ve been through this process. Complete funeral services Andrew and Chantelle made it less heartbreaking. They dealt with everything and kept me informed all the way through. They were always there for me even a shoulder to cry on. 10/10 don’t think I would have got through it without them. Amazing couple easy to talk too will never be able to thank them enough.
