I am not only the client but I am a Funeral Arranger at Newton Aycliffe branch. David Scott and Louise Keenan my two colleagues who also work at that branch were fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them, we are a brilliant team. Also many thanks to the staff who never get noticed behind the scenes and the embalmer, Natalie Buckland who is the best I have ever worked with.
