Very personal service from the start to the end with David and Gill at Newton Aycliffe branch. Everything went smoothly from ordering stationery to arranging the correct track was played from the CD we brought on the day of the funeral as it was not possible for the Music people to get hold of the specific music.
The atmosphere in the funeral home office was welcoming and all of our particular requirements were met on the day. Thank you

Gillian and David at the Newton Aycliffe office were absolutely superb. They could not have been any more kind, caring or supportive. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so easy to contact them. . They even assisted us with possible venue ideas for the wake and were there for us throughout the entire process.
The whole team did a superb job. The preparation was carried out to an amazing standard and made the viewing process so much easier for us, he looked rested and asleep. Carole Briggs, our Celebrant, was also fantastic. She spoke beautifully at the service and it was a pleasure to welcome her into our home. From start to finish we were absolutely delighted with how organised and professional the level of service was. Thank you all so much for helping us through everything at a truly devastating time.

Coop Funeral care could not have done more to be helpful and provide the advice and assistance required following on from my husband's death in March 2022.
They took such good care of all of the little details following on from his death and were outstanding during the funeral service and afterwards.

Staff where very supportive nothing was to much trouble.

I had to sort out my own order of service as we only needed 10 copies maybe you should cover this amount as when some one reaches the age of 92 there isn’t many family or friends

From the day we made our first telephone call we were all put at ease and the whole process of arranging dads funeral was dealt with professionalism and in a friendly caring manner. The level of communication about the funeral arrangements via email, telephone and in person was first class,  Toni was a big support to the family during such a sad time and is a credit to the CO OP Funeral services.

Jill provided an excellent service. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Her light hearted approach made a ready sad occasion more manageable for me. She has kept me up to date with everything at each stage. She explained everything in detail and left me know the date of the service for my friend John. The whole process was amazing. Louise at Newton Aycliffe office was very kind, our driver Michael was very good.
