What can I say about the Co-Op funeral service in Newton Aycliffe. Dave and Gill make arranging a funeral as easy as it can be, they are both absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble, they kept me informed about everything. Even to go into work on a weekend if I needed to visit my father. The flowers they ordered for me were absolutely gorgeous and fresh. If I needed to arrange another's funeral I would not go anywhere else. Thank you so much for all your hard work in my time of grief.

Nick Bell our funeral director was very efficient, understanding and respectful. In fact all the staff who cared for my Dad from arriving at the chapel of rest to the actual funeral and picking up dads ashes could not have helped or done any more for us . There efficiently and care made the very stressful and upsetting process a lot easier for us all .

Everything went well on the day and very professional only fault I could find was the journey to the crematorium. The car we were being transported in was like a greenhouse and the windows would not open and the air conditioning was not on or not working.
It would have been a lot worse had we had a longer journey to undertake. As it was we were very sweaty and uncomfortable on reaching the crematorium.
