We received excellent service from the Co-op. David Scott was very pleasant and friendly as well as compassionate. He kept us well informed before the funeral. On the day of the funeral at the burial they were faced with wet uneven ground, and heavy rain, and they did their best to help the service run smoothly. My thanks to Mr Scott and his team.

Thank you to David Scott and his team, very professional whilst showing compassion, everything was arranged for us, David and his team Gill and Jessica took over , keeping us informed at every step, arranged the celebrant Hilary Bolton who did Arthur proud, all I can say is that the whole process no trouble at all for the company. I would certainly recommend David and his team at Newton Aycliffe branch. Truly wonderful people I just can’t thank them enough for making our difficult time a lot easier, even helping in repatriation from Maderia.
