The Co-op Funeral care team in Newton Aycliffe were absolutely fantastic for my family during the whole process.
Thoughtfulness, kindness, sincerity & professionalism were displayed at all times, going the extra mile to sort out the arrangements when required. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff we contacted.

From the first appointment with Toni to various email and phone calls to the rest of the team (Gillian Susan & David) the support and guidance we received was outstanding. We always felt the team were compassionate and sensitive in our dealings with them. I would like to take the opportunity to thank them all again. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, caring and sympathetic. Everything was carried out to the very highest of standards and we were guided through the process every step of the way by David. The staff at Newton Aycliffe (David and Susan) along with Mick House and colleagues on the day made a very difficult time go as smoothly as it could possibly be. Their efforts to support us and ensure Mams funeral went as well as possible were very much appreciated. They are all very much a credit to the organisation.
