Together with Jaci they sorted out all of our requests answered a 'll our questions.Then gave us a beautiful and stress free funeral for our loved one. The care, attention and support received whilst arranging my mam's funeral, and the aftercare were second to none. I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions, and nothing was forced upon me with regards to options or price. I was able to make my own choices that suited my mam. The staff were approachable, friendly and professional at all times. I was kept informed throughout the process. On the day of my mam's funeral, Gavin and the staff were smartly dressed, respectful and delivered a fantastic service, to which we are grateful.
