From the start of our journey with Elizabeth at Strathmore House in Hartlepool she made an extremely difficult job so much easier. She was friendly and professional at all times. She gave advice when needed and encouragement to ask any questions that we found difficult to ask. The whole of the team were amazing. They looked after our loved one in such a caring and personal way. They personalised our funeral to our needs. And we as a grieving family can’t thank the whole team enough. We would recommend Strathmore House and the team to everyone who is going through a loss. Caring professional at every step of the journey that they guided us through. We felt they were with us day or night.
