All the staff were sympathetic, kind and considerate throughout the whole time. Everything was thought of and carefully planned and arranged so our family could concentrate on grieving. From the very first contact the COOP Funeral Service provided an outstanding service, when Mam passed.  Nothing was too much trouble.  Allison was impeccable in her planning, and kept me fully informed, checking every detail to ensure our wishes were met.  She provided a dignified presence on the day and ensured we knew exactly what to do at all times.  We are extremely grateful to Allison and all the staff who were caring and compassion throughout, making a very sad time more bearable.
