From first contact everyone was kind, helpful and reassuring.
Took care of all arrangements as we requested, taking away the pressure and stress.
We were kept informed as the arrangements were made.
Responded positively to a late change of plan regarding the final destination of my mother's ashes.
On the day of the funeral there was a calm and friendly approach and everything ran smoothly.
Thank you to everyone concerned.
