Excellent all the way through from the start. Julie was so helpful and kind and made the whole process so easy and as stress free as possible. I feel as though Julie went above and beyond when organising and doing my dad’s funeral and I can’t thank her enough. I am truly grateful for everything and the way she cared for my dad while in the Coop’s care and even delivering my dad’s ashes the next day. The service was amazing and was exactly how m dad wanted it so thankyou so much.

I could not have wished for my partners funeral service to have been handled any better. Friendly, professional, compassionate staff, special mention for Julie who went out of her way to make sure everything was just so. 
A close family member was unable to attend, with little notice their video contribution was incorporated into the service and a webcast organised. The music we chose and all of the late technical requests we made ran as smooth as clockwork.
