From my initial contact with your Sherburn Hill branch Vicki and the rest of the staff were very friendly , compassionate and very approachable being prepared to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything that was arranged.
Vicki made sure the day itself ran like clockwork and was more than happy to discuss arrangements with my daughter outside office hours.
Thank you for making a very difficult day also a one that we have had so many kind and positive comments about since.

It must be such a difficult field to work in. Funeral Services dealing with clients who've lost loved ones and to get appropriate sensitive and personal material arrangesd and sorted out in a discretionary manner can't be easy.
Right from the very first moment we arranged Sherburn Funeral services to take care of my Wife's Funeral I knew we were in exceptionally good hands. The care the attention to detail and the manner in which Fred dealt with all the arrangements was first class. We were notified every step of the way and notified of any changes or any suggestion which made sure that mine and my families thoughts and feelings were considered.

From the first phonecall, right through to the funeral itself. I cannot praise Fred enough he was pleasant, friendly & informative he made a hard time so much easier. He has alot of empathy & compassion, which I guess is a must in this field.

He put me in touch with Dan the celebrant who was also wonderful and captured everything we wanted.
