We cannot thank the funeral home at Sherburn Hill enough. The service which we received from Vicky was excellent she was very professional and took care of everything, she chose Dan the celebrant who was amazing everyone commented on what a beautiful service he gave. We loved the owl which Vicky helped find for us. Once again a big thank you to you all.

The funeral was organised in a very friendly, respectful and efficient manner. Nothing was too much bother. Fred was excellent at every stage.
Our driver Steve was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that our family were OK at all times on the funeral day and looked after.
I cannot fault the service from Fred and the whole team at the Coop.

Vikki was amazing, she covered everything with us in the initial meeting with empathy and lots of kindness. She also provided much needed comfort on the day of the funeral too. Pam was also lovely, they are both very good at their jobs and we couldn’t have asked for more. The funeral was arranged and carried out just as we’d asked, with attention to detailand it was clear they had taken such good care of our dad from start to finish. We have used this branch for decades and will continue to in the future. Thank you again for making such a difficult time a lot easier for us.

Our experience with the Co-op funeral service was first class, facing the complex arrangements of a funeral service is the last thing you want after such a traumatic time. Fred our funeral director put us all at ease within minutes of our first meeting, all of our requirements (and there were many) were dealt with without any fuss. On the day everything went according to plan thanks to the funeral teams professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. We can't thank them enough.
