We were impressed with the whole service. The staff were very professional but friendly and caring. Ross, wearing his Veterans badge was a very nice touch as David founded the Veterans in Sedgefield.

Sue & Bryce in the Sedgefield office were caring, sympathetic and supportive in guiding us through the process of arranging dad's funeral. They deserve 5 stars for their professionalism but contacting them by phone was difficult ..hence 4 stars. Calls were diverted to a centre in Manchester when they were busy and the people I spoke to there were not very helpful or sympathetic / understanding.

The team were so supportive from the outset during a difficult time. The officer called at my home for the form filling which really helped. The Director accepted a last minute change of music and confirmed he'd managed to achieve that. The gentle and compassionate approaches of all the staff involved were what impressed me the most. I'd certainly recommend this service to others.
