First class professional service from our first meeting with Toni Wooff to laying Mum to rest. Accommodated all our wishes, kept us informed at all times of how arrangements were progressing and overall made the whole process a far more pleasurable one than could have been imagined.

The Co Op Funeral Director and his staff were punctual on the day of the funeral, and were well presented and tidy, and the cars were spotless. The funeral organising was done efficiently with minimal fuss and no problems.The office staff were polite and efficient, with a good telephone manner.
Overall, I and relatives and friends I have spoken to since the funeral, have said how much they were impressed with the company, both on the day and the arrangements afterwards.
