The help, care and support my family and I received from Lisa and Kirsty at The Grove was excellent. Their empathy and understanding helped us through what was a sad and very emotional time. 
On the day of the funeral, Barbara the Funeral Director, was such a calming influence and so professional. Much appreciation and thanks to all involved.

From collecting my brothers body from his home to our final farewell at his funeral and beyond this firm acted with compassion and respect and guided me through what was very difficult time for myself and my husband. Cant thank everyone enough from the Amazing and truly respectful collection of Keiron the two Gentlemen where absolute angels for Me and My Sister to the care from Barbara over the phone to Lisa and Kirsty at The chapel of Rest for there conatant care of Keiron and the Men for the service where so attentive and assisted Us so well to carrying Our Brother to the care all the way back to Keirons wake You all were truly amazing and made a heartbreaking time so much easier to deal with .
We from the McNally family could never thank each ans everyone enough and Keiron will be eternally grateful to You all too.

The service provided was excellent. All staff were very professional and respectful. The order of service was exactly as I requested, really lovely. The staff on the day could not have done more to provide an excellent service. The celebrant, Sarah, spent time before Mum’s funeral connecting with us. Her empathy and understanding were fantastic.

Every one was so helpful thoughtful compassionate took time to explain ever thing in detail nothing was to much trouble from day one to the final day

My family are extremely satisfied with the care and attention given to my dear lady. She looked magnificent in her coffin and the staff were very caring and hospitable towards us in this time of sadness. Applying help and support was no problem to them. I have given them an excellent rating because they were excellent.
